Guides

Bring the assistant into the tools you already use. Each guide says who usually does it.

Put the team inbox on your website

Your team can answer customers from your own website or app, behind your own login, instead of on a separate page.

  • Your web developer
  1. Get your two values

    After setup you get two values for your account. With All-inclusive we send them to you by e-mail.

  2. Add the code to a page

    Put the inbox on any page that only your team can open:

    <script type="module"
      src="…/wa-agent-admin.js">
    </script>
    <wa-agent-admin
      supabase-url="…"
      anon-key="…">
    </wa-agent-admin>
  3. Sign in

    Everyone on your team signs in with their own login and only sees your business's chats.

Using React? There's a ready-made component for it. The instructions come with your access e-mail after checkout.

Connect your booking or shop system

With a connection, the assistant can look things up for the customer: open spots, a booking, an order. Anything that changes something waits for the customer's yes.

  • Your developer, or us
  1. Pick the questions that need live data

    For example "Is there space on Saturday?" or "Where is my order?". Everything else stays in the knowledge base.

  2. Describe each connection

    A connection (in the app: a tool) has a name, a short description for the AI and an address in your system that answers over HTTPS. Every request is signed, so your system can check it comes from the assistant.

  3. Look up, or change

    Look-ups run straight away. Actions that change something, like moving a lesson, are parked: the assistant asks the customer to confirm, and only a clear yes, checked in code, runs them.

  4. Try it in test mode

    Before going live, only the test numbers you choose get answers, so you can try everything from your own phone.

No developer? We build connections for you. They're quoted separately.

Set up your team: one number, many people

Customers write to one business number. Behind it, your whole team works in the same inbox.

  • The account owner
  1. Invite your team

    Everyone gets their own login. Owners change the settings, staff answer the chats.

  2. Choose who gets alerts

    Add the e-mail addresses and phone numbers that should hear about hand-overs. Alerts arrive by e-mail and WhatsApp, with a link straight to the chat.

  3. Take over a chat

    Anyone on the team can pause the assistant for one chat and reply themselves. It stays quiet in that chat until someone switches it back on.

  4. Keep your own phones out

    Add your team's numbers to the list the assistant never answers, so a colleague's message never gets an AI reply.

If a customer waits too long for a reply, your team gets an alert, and you get a reminder about open questions later.

Prefer that we do it?

With All-inclusive we set everything up for you. Connections to your systems we build on request, quoted separately.
