Architecture

How the pieces fit together, and where your data and keys live.

Overview

Architecture overview. A guest writes on WhatsApp; Meta and Twilio forward the message to the wa-webhook function on Supabase in the EU region. The agent engine combines your business info, knowledge and tools, asks the AI provider you chose, calls your systems over signed HTTPS and alerts your team by e-mail or WhatsApp when it hands over. Your team works in the admin component; row-level security keeps each business's data separate and API keys are encrypted in Vault.
One system for many businesses: WhatsApp in, answers from your knowledge and tools, every hand-over to your team. Open full size

One message, step by step

Flowchart of one guest message: check the signature, store it, wait 8 seconds for more messages, continue only with the newest one, lock the chat, check test mode, pause and loop guard, collect pending messages, build the context, then an AI round that answers, uses a data tool and asks again, parks a write action for confirmation, or hands over. Any failure ends in a hand-over.
From webhook to reply: safety checks first, then the AI answers, uses a tool, asks to confirm or hands over. Open full size

Hand-over and learning

Loop diagram: the AI can't answer, the guest gets a holding reply, the team is alerted and replies in the inbox, the question closes with a prefilled suggestion, staff approve it, it joins the knowledge base, and next time the AI answers itself. A watchdog checks every 5 minutes for unanswered chats and reminds about open questions after 4 hours.
Every question it can't answer reaches your team, and their reply teaches it for next time. Open full size

Confirm before acting

Sequence diagram: the guest asks to move a lesson, the AI proposes the change, the engine parks the action and asks the guest to confirm. Only after a clear yes, checked in code, the engine sends a signed request to your endpoint and tells the guest the result; anything else cancels the action.
Actions that change something wait for the customer's yes, checked by code, not by the AI. Open full size

Setup

Setup diagram: self-service follows eight steps from business info to going live, each turning green only when it really works; with all-inclusive we handle the number, the WhatsApp registration and the templates; the AI is connected with one click through OpenRouter or by pasting a key.
Self-service turns each step green only when it really works. All-inclusive: we do the technical part. Open full size
