This page explains which personal data this website processes, why, and with whom. It describes the technical setup as built; the legal bases, retention periods and transfers are stated below.

Hosting
The website runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in the West Europe region (Netherlands). To deliver the pages, the hosting service necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the time and the requested file.
No tracking, no cookies from us
We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The website sets no cookies. Two values are stored in your browser only: your chosen language (localStorage, "wa-site-lang") and the history of the on-page chat for the current tab (sessionStorage, "wa-agent-site-chat"). Fonts are the system fonts of your device; nothing is loaded from third-party font services.
The AI chat on this page
If you use the chat, your messages (the last up to 12 turns) and the address, title and section headings of the page you are on are sent through our server to Google's Gemini API to generate an answer. Your IP address is used for a short time in the server's memory to limit abuse (rate limit) and is not stored. Answers to frequently asked first questions are cached in memory for up to 6 hours, keyed by the question text. The Gemini API is used under Google's terms for API customers; Google may process data outside the EU. Please do not enter personal data in the chat.
Buying a plan (Stripe)
Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe collects your e-mail address, name, billing address, payment details and, if you enter it, your VAT ID; we do not see your full card details. We receive the result of the payment and the details needed to set up your account and send invoices. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
Notifications to us
When you buy, start but don't finish a purchase, a payment fails or a subscription ends, we receive an internal e-mail (sent via Microsoft Azure Communication Services, data location Europe) with the purchase details: e-mail address, name, country, VAT ID and amount.
Processors
We use these service providers as processors: Microsoft Azure (hosting, e-mail via Azure Communication Services, Europe), Stripe (payments), Google (Gemini API for the chat).
Retention and your rights
We keep purchase and invoice data for as long as the law requires (accounting retention) and otherwise only as long as needed to run your account. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact: mail@dominikheinrich.ch.

Kein Tracking, keine Cookies von uns
Wir verwenden keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste. Die Website setzt keine Cookies. In Ihrem Browser werden nur zwei Werte gespeichert: die gewählte Sprache (localStorage, „wa-site-lang“) und der Verlauf des Chats auf dieser Seite für den aktuellen Tab (sessionStorage, „wa-agent-site-chat“). Schriften sind die Systemschriften Ihres Geräts; es wird nichts von externen Schriftdiensten geladen.
Der KI-Chat auf dieser Seite
Wenn Sie den Chat nutzen, werden Ihre Nachrichten (die letzten bis zu 12 Wechsel) sowie Adresse, Titel und Abschnittsüberschriften der aktuellen Seite über unseren Server an die Gemini-API von Google gesendet, um eine Antwort zu erzeugen. Ihre IP-Adresse wird kurzzeitig im Arbeitsspeicher des Servers genutzt, um Missbrauch zu begrenzen (Rate-Limit), und nicht gespeichert. Antworten auf häufige erste Fragen werden bis zu 6 Stunden im Arbeitsspeicher zwischengespeichert, zugeordnet zum Fragetext. Bitte geben Sie im Chat keine personenbezogenen Daten ein. Die Gemini-API wird nach Googles Bedingungen für API-Kunden genutzt; Google kann Daten außerhalb der EU verarbeiten.
Kauf eines Pakets (Stripe)
Zahlungen wickelt Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Irland) auf der eigenen Bezahlseite von Stripe ab. Stripe erhebt Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihren Namen, Ihre Rechnungsadresse, Ihre Zahlungsdaten und, falls angegeben, Ihre Umsatzsteuer-ID; Ihre vollständigen Kartendaten sehen wir nicht. Wir erhalten das Ergebnis der Zahlung und die Angaben, die wir zur Einrichtung Ihres Kontos und für Rechnungen brauchen. Datenschutzerklärung von Stripe: stripe.com/privacy.
Benachrichtigungen an uns
Wenn Sie kaufen, einen Kauf beginnen, aber nicht abschließen, eine Zahlung fehlschlägt oder ein Abonnement endet, erhalten wir eine interne E-Mail (versendet über Microsoft Azure Communication Services, Datenstandort Europa) mit den Kaufangaben: E-Mail-Adresse, Name, Land, Umsatzsteuer-ID und Betrag.

Kauf- und Rechnungsdaten bewahren wir so lange auf, wie das Gesetz es verlangt (Aufbewahrungspflichten), im Übrigen nur so lange, wie es für den Betrieb Ihres Kontos nötig ist. El chat con IA de esta página
Si usas el chat, tus mensajes (los últimos hasta 12 turnos) y la dirección, el título y los encabezados de la página en la que estás se envían a través de nuestro servidor a la API Gemini de Google para generar una respuesta. Tu dirección IP se usa brevemente en la memoria del servidor para limitar abusos y no se guarda. Las respuestas a preguntas iniciales frecuentes se guardan en memoria hasta 6 horas, asociadas al texto de la pregunta. Por favor, no escribas datos personales en el chat. La API de Gemini se usa bajo las condiciones de Google para clientes de API; Google puede tratar datos fuera de la UE.
Contratar un plan (Stripe)
Los pagos los gestiona Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Irlanda) en su propia página de pago. Stripe recoge tu correo electrónico, nombre, dirección de facturación, datos de pago y, si lo indicas, tu NIF-IVA; nosotros no vemos los datos completos de tu tarjeta. Recibimos el resultado del pago y los datos necesarios para configurar tu cuenta y emitir facturas. Política de privacidad de Stripe: stripe.com/privacy.
Avisos internos
Cuando compras, empiezas una compra sin terminarla, falla un pago o termina una suscripción, recibimos un correo interno (enviado con Microsoft Azure Communication Services, datos en Europa) con los datos de la compra: correo electrónico, nombre, país, NIF-IVA e importe.

Usamos estos proveedores como encargados del tratamiento: Microsoft Azure (alojamiento, correo mediante Azure Communication Services, Europa), Stripe (pagos), Google (API de Gemini para el chat).
Conservación y tus derechos
Conservamos los datos de compra y facturación el tiempo que exija la ley (obligaciones contables) y, por lo demás, solo el tiempo necesario para gestionar tu cuenta. Bases jurídicas: ejecución de un contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD), obligaciones legales (art. 6.1.c) e interés legítimo en un sitio web seguro y funcional (art. 6.1.f).
